I run Cake the Moment from my home in Brayton, North Yorkshire. The business started as a hobby many years ago when I began making amazing cakes for my family, friends and other contacts around the country. Over the years, the reputation has grown and subsequently a business has developed.
I am a member of the british sugarcraft guild and I have completed numerous courses in cake decorating, specializing in hand-crafted sugar flowers, for which I have gained distinctions.
I have made, designed and decorated unique cakes for all occasions. I have catered for everything from 3D sculptures for celebration cakes to classical wedding cakes with stunning life-like sugar flowers to match the bride’s bouquet.
All my cakes are home-made to order using delicious tried and tested recipes and using only the best ingredients.
